Jeffrey Mark Snedeger, 50, of Richfield ,Utah, passed away November 21, 2008, in Richfield. He was born July 8, 1958, in Richfield, Utah, to Grover Mark and Vonda Barney Snedeger. He married Littece Wilbur in the Manti LDS Temple. They later divorced.
Jeff was a champion chess player and loved flowers and plants. He graduated from Souther Utah University in pre-law with honors. Due to an automobile accident, Jeff could no longer pursue his law career and later worked for the Utah State Tax Commission.
He is survived by his father, Mark (Anna) Snedeger, Richfield; daughter, Misty (Sean) Pulsipher, Centerville; son, Nathaniel (Natalie) Kennedy, Queen Creek, AZ; six grandchildren; brothers, Russell Snedeger, Escondido, CA; Cory Snedeger, Richfield; sister, Karen McShane, Richfield; grandmother, Maurine Snedeger, Sigurd; step-brother and sisters, Teresa, Tina, Tonya, Terianne and Russell; and many nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Dexter.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Vonda Barney Snedeger; grandparents, Leon Snedeger and Afton (Velda) Barney; great nephew, Steven Lee; and dog, Misty.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2008, at 1:00 p.m. in the Magleby Mortuary Chapel, Richfield. Friends may call at the Magleby Mortuary on Monday evening from 6 to 7 p.m and again at the mortuary on Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery.
